6. These shares are owned by The CLG Trust of which the reporting person is a trustee. The inclusion of these shares in this report shall not be deemed an admission of beneficial ownership for purposes of Section 16 or any other purpose and the reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of these shares except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
