Los Angeles, CA, July 21, 2006 - Molecular Pharmacology (USA) Limited (OTCBB: MLPH) ("Molecular") reports the appointment of Mr. Jeff Edwards as Molecular's new President and Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Simon Watson as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary effective July 20, 2006. Mr. Edwards and Watson are directors of Molecular.
Mr. Ian Downs has resigned as President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Molecular. Molecular thanks Mr. Downs for his service.
