ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS.
On April 30, 2007, the Public Utility Commission of Texas issued an order requiring Oncor Electric Delivery Company (the “Company”) to file a rate case based on a test year ending December 31, 2006. The Company is required to file the rate case within 120 days from the date that the Company receives notice of the order. The Company cannot predict the outcome of any rate case.
