Explanatory Note: This report is being furnished by Oncor Electric Delivery Transition Bond Company LLC (“Oncor BondCo”) pursuant to Section 3.07(h) of the Indenture dated as of August 21, 2003 between Oncor BondCo, as Issuer and The Bank of New York, as Indenture Trustee.

On October 8, 2007, Fitch Ratings, Ltd. (“Fitch”) and on October 9, 2007, both Moody’s Investor Services, Inc. (“Moody’s”) and Standard & Poor’s Rating Services (“S&P”) released revised corporate and facility ratings for Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC (“Oncor”). Oncor’s ratings profile is detailed in the table below.
