Explanation of Responses:

1. Reflects the grant of Restricted Stock Units that convert into Common Stock, par value $0.000025 per share, of the Issuer, on a one-for-one basis. The Restricted Stock Units will vest 100% on the earlier of May 24, 2025 and the trading day preceding the date of the Company's 2025 Annual Meeting of the Stockholders, subject to the director's continued service. The Restricted Stock Units are also subject to accelerated vesting upon certain events.

2. The total securities beneficially owned includes shares of unvested restricted stock units.
