Explanation of Responses:

1. This amendment is being filed to address an error in reporting the disposed account from "As Trustee of Father's 2020 GRAT" in the original Form 4 (ACCESSION NUMBER: 0001638599-21-000355), which contains disposed account error on line 1 in the Table I. The disposed account should have been reported from "As Trustee of Father's 2020 GRAT #2", which reported as " "As Trustee of Father's 2020 GRAT" by error.

2. This amendment is being filed to address an error in reporting the disposed account from "As Trustee of Mother' 2020 GRAT" in the original Form 4 (ACCESSION NUMBER: 0001638599-21-000355), which contains disposed account error on line 2 in the Table I. The disposed account should have been reported from "As Trustee of Mother's 2020 GRAT #2", which reported as " "As Trustee of Mother's 2020 GRAT" by error.

Remarks:

This amendment is being filed to address an error in reporting the disposed accounts from "As Trustee of Father's 2020 GRAT" and "As Trustee of Mother' 2020 GRAT" in the original Form 4 (ACCESSIN NUMBER: 0001638599-21-000355), which contains disposed account error on line 1 and 2 in the Table I. The disposed account should have been reported from "As Trustee of Father's 2020 GRAT #2" and "As Trustee of Mother's 2020 GRAT #2".
