Item 12. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On July 28, 2004, HMS Holdings Corp. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2004 and forward-looking statements relating to its expectations of results for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2004.
