Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 7, 2020, online education provider American Public University System, a subsidiary institution of American Public Education, Inc., announced a $20 million scholarship initiative for undergraduate students of campus-based institutions impacted by the coronavirus pandemic. A copy of the press release announcing the scholarship initiative is attached to this Current Report as Exhibit 99.1.
