The mortgage loan secured by our Plaza Las Fuentes office and hotel properties was scheduled to mature on September 29, 2010. The special purpose property-owning subsidiary that owns the Plaza Las Fuentes properties has executed a 30-day extension of the term and is in the process of negotiating with the lenders on a further extension of the loan.
