(the “Company”) announced that the Company’s Special Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Wednesday, July 17, 2013, at 8:00 am (local time) at the Omni Los Angeles Hotel located at 251 South Olive Street, Los Angeles, California 90012. The record date for voting at the Special Meeting was the close of business on May 24, 2013.
