Explanation of Responses:

1. On February 25, 2016, the reporting person was granted an option to purchase 20,000 shares of common stock. This option vests in installments based on the achievement of certain regulatory and business milestones. The Compensation Committee of the Company determined that one of these performance milestones was met, resulting in vesting of the option with respect to 6,672 shares.
