Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 20, 2012, Crosstex Energy, Inc. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing that the Registrant is scheduled to host a conference call to discuss 2013 guidance at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time on Tuesday, December 11, 2012. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
