The Board of Directors of BNC Bancorp (the “Company”) has approved and declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 payable on February 20, 2009 to shareholders of record on February 6, 2009. A copy of the Company’s press release making this announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01
