On September 8, 2011, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that they have entered into a Stock Purchase Agreement with Regent Bancorp, Inc., a Florida corporation, to purchase all of the outstanding capital stock of Regent Bank, a federal savings association located in Greenville, South Carolina, and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Regent Bancorp, Inc.
