On April 18, 2017, the Board of Directors of BNC Bancorp (the “Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share, payable on May 26, 2017 to shareholders of record as of May 12, 2017.
The Company’s press release, dated April 21, 2017, announcing the quarterly cash dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated herein by reference.
