Resignation of Robert A. Wood as Chief Operating Officer of Solar Power, Inc.
On July 24, 2012, Mr. Robert A. Wood, Solar Power, Inc.’s (the “Company”) Chief Operating Officer tendered his resignation effective August 1, 2012. No severance or any other remuneration was paid by the Company to Mr. Wood on account of his resignation. Mr. Wood will act as a consultant for the Company on an as-needed basis during the transition of his former duties to other individuals at the Company.
