Adelaide Sink, a member of the Company’s Board of Directors since 2004, and a member of the Company’s Compensation Committee was elected Chief Financial Officer of the State of Florida on November 7, 2006. Ms. Sink submitted her resignation from the Board, effective immediately. The Company received the resignation on November 27, 2006.
