Completion of Rocgel acquisition
London, UK, [21 May 2007]: BioProgress (AIM: BPRG; NASDAQ: BPRG), the specialty pharma and healthcare company today announces that
it completed the product acquisition of Rocgel™ from Tonipharm SARL on 18 May 2007 for total consideration of €7.85million. The
final terms of the acquisition were as reported on 17 May 2007. The product licence was registered in France and French speaking
African countries though is available for exploitation by the Company without geographical limit. Rocgel generated revenues of
approximately €4.8million for the year ended 31 December 2006 in the registered territories.
