On May 8, 2009, the Board of Directors of China Media Group Corporation (the "Company") accepted the resignation of Mr. Zhang Guosheng as independent director and all positions of the Company.
There was no disagreement with Mr. Zhang on any matter relating to our operations, policies, or practices. |
