On May 12, 2015, Megat Radzman Megat Khairuddin submitted his resignation from his position as Executive Chairman and Executive Director of Clixster Mobile Group Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Megat Khairuddin has not indicated that his departure was due to differences or disagreements with the Company’s executive management or Board of Directors.
