This Amendment No. 1 on Form 8-K/A ("Amendment No. 1") is being filed by Median Group Inc. (the "Company") to amend the Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 30, 2016 (the "Initial Report"). The sole purpose for filing this Amendment No. 1 is to amend the date of the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") in Exhibit 99.1 Press release dated November 30 2016, which was erroneously written in the Initial Report. No other changes have been made to the Initial Report.
