On October 17, 2022, Fennec Pharmaceuticals Inc. issued a news release announcing the U.S. commercial launch and availability of PEDMARK® (sodium thiosulfate injection) to reduce the risk of ototoxicity associated with cisplatin in pediatric patients one month of age and older with localized, non-metastatic solid tumors. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
