Explanation of Responses:

1. On February 6, 2018, Rosty Raykov was granted an incentive stock option to purchase 100,000 shares of the Issuer's common shares pursuant to the Issuer's Amended and Restated Stock Option Plan.

2. 1/3 of the shares subject to this option shall vest immediately and may be exercised as of February 6, 2019 (the "Vesting Commencement Date"). 1/24 of the shares subject to this option shall vest immediately and may be exercised as of the last day of each month following the Vesting Commencement Date. As of February 6, 2021 and thereafter, 100% of the total number of shares subject to this option shall be vested.
