On December 21, 2016, MySize, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing thatin cooperation withTrucco, a high end women’s apparel retailer headquartered in Spain,that this coming Spring 2017, Trucco customers will be able to use the newTrueSize measurement appwhen selecting sizes from the store’s website. The official launch date will be announced following the testing period of the application on the Trucco system during February 2017 and will coincide with the availability of the Spring 2017 collection. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
