Western Alliance Bancorporation Announces $50 Million Private Placement
LAS VEGAS—(BUSINESS WIRE)—Western Alliance Bancorporation announced today it has entered into definitive agreements with a lead institutional investor and several other accredited investors to sell in a private placement approximately 4.3 million shares of its common stock at a price of $11.50 per share, resulting in gross proceeds to the company of $50 million before deducting offering expenses. The closing of the offering is subject to certain conditions and is expected to occur later today.
Proceeds from the financing will be used primarily for working capital and other general corporate purposes.

Western Alliance Bancorporation has agreed to file a registration statement covering the resale of the common stock issued in the private placement.
