Item 1. Description of Registrant’s Securities to be Registered.
This Registration Statement on Form 8-A is being filed in connection with the listing of the common stock, par value $0.001 per share (the “Common Stock”), of NF Energy Savings Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Registrant”) on The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC.
A description of the Registrant’s Common Stock is set forth under the caption “Description of Securities” in the Registrant’s Registration Statement on Form SB-2 (File No. 333-114985), as amended, initially filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 29, 2004, which description is incorporated herein by reference.
