1. The stock option award was made pursuant to the terms of the Neurotrope, Inc. 2017 Equity Incentive Plan. The stock options shall vest according to the following schedule: 50% vest on the date of grant, with the remaining stock options vesting in equal quarterly installments over a two-year period following the date of grant.
