Explanation of Responses:

1. On June 28, 2019, the reporting person was granted 175 restricted stock units ("RSUs") in lieu of cash compensation of $10,000.00 pursuant to Tactile Systems Technology, Inc.'s Non-Employee Director Compensation Policy. The RSUs are 100% immediately vested and will be settled in Company's common stock upon the earlier of Mr. Nigon's separation from service from the Company's Board of Directors or a Change in Control as defined in the Policy.
