2. This transaction was executed in multiple trades at prices ranging from $8.10 to $8.18. The price reported above reflects the weighted average sale price. 3. 515,175 stock options to purchase Common Shares of the Company were granted to Mr. McBee on January 19, 2011. 32,198 options vested on April 19, 2011 and vested in approximately equal installments every three months thereafter until January 19, 2015.
