Amendment of By-Laws. On February 24, 2022, the Board of Trustees of Nuveen Preferred & Income Opportunities Fund, a registered closed-end management investment company (the “Fund”), adopted Amendment No. 1 (the “Amendment”) to the Amended and Restated By-Laws of the Fund. The Amendment is attached hereto as Exhibit 3.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
On February 24, 2022, the Fund issued a press release in connection with the adoption of the Amendment.
