On February 23, 2011, Nortek, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its 2011 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on May 10, 2011. Holders of record of the Company's common stock and restricted common stock at the close of business on March 18, 2011 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Annual Meeting and at any adjournmen t or postponement thereof. The time and location of the Annual Meeting will be set forth in the Company's Proxy Statement to be filed with the SEC.
