Item 5.02.Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On February 23, 2016, Nortek, Inc. (the “Company”) determined that Michael J. Clarke, President and Chief Executive Officer, will act as the Company’s principal financial officer on an interim basis, until such time as the Company completes its search for and hires a new Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Clarke, 61, has been the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer since December 30, 2011.
