Item 8.01Other Events.
On December 15, 2014, OphthaliX Inc. and its parent, Can-Fite BioPharma Ltd, issued a press release jointly announcing receipt of an approval from the regulatory authorities in Bulgaria to initiate the enrollment of patients to the second cohort of the Phase II clinical study in glaucoma. A copy of the press release is included with this report.
