On February 20, 2018, Wize Pharma, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company received Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval for the protocol of its upcoming Phase IV study of a formula known as LO2A for symptomatic improvement of dry eye syndrome in patients with Sjögren’s syndrome.
On February 20, 2018, the Company posted a corporate presentation on the Company’s website at www.wizepharma.com, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 hereto, pursuant to Item 7.01 of Form 8-K.
