Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
On March 8, 2020, Franck Amouyal voluntarily resigned from his position as a member of the Board of Directors of Wize Pharma, Inc (the “Company”). At the time of his resignation, Mr. Amouyal was a member of the Company's Audit Committee. Mr. Amouyal did not resign as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
