1. Received in exchange for 1,557 shares of Mawson Infrastructure Group Pty Ltd. (formerly known as Cosmos Capital Limited) stock ("Cosmos Shares") in connection with a Bid Implementation Agreement (the "BIA"). The exchange ratio for shares of Mawson Infrastructure Group Inc. common stock ("MIGI Stock") for Cosmos Shares under the BIA was set based on the value of one share of MIGI Stock being $0.12.

2. Received in BIA transaction in exchange for Cosmos Shares based on the value of one share of MIGI Stock being $0.12.
