(3)    Atlas Global Investments, Ltd. is a Cayman corporation (“AGI”), with its principal business office at c/o Maples Corporate Services Limited, P.O. Box 309, Ugland House, George Town, Grand CaymanKY1-1104, Cayman Islands, British West Indies. AGI owns 46.91% of the equity interests in AMF.
