| | Mr. Salaerts is currently a Senior Vice President of the Company’s Asia-Pacific Division. Along with this position, Mr. Salaerts has served as the Division’s Senior Vice President for South East Asia & Closures Asia and as its Vice President and Chief Financial Officer during the past five years. |
