| (c) | Crown Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) has selected Raymond L. McGowan, Jr., age 55, to succeed Frank J. Mechura, age 64, as President of its Americas Division effective January 1, 2008. Mr. Mechura informed the Company of his decision to retire as of January 31, 2008. |

| | Mr. McGowan is currently President of North American Packaging. Along with this position, Mr. McGowan has held the positions of President of the Company’s North American Food Packaging business and its U.S. Food Packaging business during the past five years. |
