Explanation of Responses:

1. The reported securities were exchanged on June 16, 2022, for ownership in a diversified fund pursuant to an irrevocable contractual agreement entered into by Mr. Bolger in accordance with rule 10b5-1.

2. The securities are held directly by the David P. Bolger Revocable Trust dated 10/30/1995. The reporting person may be deemed the beneficial owner of the reported securities but disclaims such ownership except to the extent of their pecuniary interest therein.

3. The reported securities represent Restricted Stock Units that vested immediately upon grant for which the reporting person has elected to defer settlement until their separation from service on the board of directors.
