Explanation Required for Part IV Section (3):
Since the corresponding period from the last fiscal year there will be a change disclosed in the subsequent events section noting the fact that in February of 2010, the Florida Office of Financial Regulation closed Marco Community Bancorp’s subsidiary bank, Marco Community Bank, and placed it into receivership with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. That change will affect the results of operations going forward and has also led to delay in the exchange of information necessary to complete the Form 10-K within 90 days from the end of the fiscal year.
