Maine & Maritimes Corporation Announces Subsidiary's Acquisition of Downtown Halifax Office ComplexHALIFAX, NS -- 10/11/2005 -- (AMEX: MAM): Maine & Maritimes Corporation's (MAM's) Canadian subsidiary, Maricor Properties Ltd, announced today that it has completed a transaction, which includes the purchase of a multi-tenant office complex, the J. Angus MacDonald Building ("MacDonald Building"), in downtown Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
