The reimbursement received by the retail segment from the credit segment is estimated using an annual rate of 2.5% times the average portfolio balance for each applicable period. The amount of overhead allocated to each segment was $3.7 million and $2.8 million for the three months ended October 31, 2015 and 2014 , respectively, and $10.6 million and $8.7 million for the nine months ended October 31, 2015 and 2014 , respectively. The amount of reimbursement made to the retail segment by the credit segment was $9.3 million and $7.7 million for the three months ended October 31, 2015 and 2014 , respectively, and $26.7 million and $21.5 million for the nine months ended October 31, 2015 and 2014 , respectively. |
