| Nine individuals are nominated for election to the Board at the Annual Meeting for one-year terms expiring at the 2023 Annual Meeting. Each nominee is a current member of the Board. All directors will serve until their successors are duly elected and qualified. Mr. Greving will retire from the Board at the conclusion of his current term, which ends at the close of the Annual Meeting.
