On October 28, 2010, CNO Financial Group, Inc. issued: (i) additional financial information related to the split of the former Conseco Insurance Group segment into two new segments - Washington National and Other CNO Business (a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference); and (ii) the Quarterly Financial Supplement for the second quarter of 2010, revised to provide historical financial information related to the two new reporting segments (a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference).
