On February 29, 2012, CNO Financial Group, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release to announce that its board of directors has approved an additional $100 million to repurchase the Company's outstanding common stock. This amount is in addition to the approximately $30 million remaining on its previous authorization, for a combined repurchase authority totaling $130 million. A copy of the Company's press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
