Explanation of Responses:

1. These ordinary shares were granted to Mr. Montague on June 11, 2021 in consideration of his services on Endo International plc's Board of Directors.

2. These shares represent ordinary shares withheld by Endo International plc to satisfy Mr. Montague's tax withholding obligations on shares acquired on June 11, 2021.

3. These ordinary shares are held by a limited liability company which is owned by Mr. Montague, his spouse and other family members. Mr. Montague has voting and investment control over the shares owned by the limited liability company.
