This "Exit" Form 4 is filed to report that, as previously reported in the Company's Form 10-Q, exhibit 10.1 filed on August 4 2023, the reporting person is no longer serving in the role as the Company's director, effective as of the close of business on April 26, 2023. After a six-month deferral period, effective as of the close of business on October 26, 2023, the reporting person is no longer subject to Section 16 reporting.
