Preliminary Feasibility Study
On March 5, 2008, Strata Oil & Gas Inc. (the ‘Company’) announced the results of its Preliminary Feasibility Study of the Cadotte Leases which is based on its previously published Evaluation of In-Place Bitumen Resources – Cadotte Leases report of August 16, 2007. A copy of the report prepared by Norwest Questa Engineering Corporation of Golden, Colorado, and the press release are attached hereto as exhibits 99.1 and 99.2.
