The reporting person holds minority profit interests in Griffin Capital, LLC. Griffin Capital, LLC is the indirect parent company of Griffin Capital Vertical Partners, L.P., which owns the following shares in the Issuer: 4,924 shares of Class A Common Stock; 1,490,783 shares of Class I Common Stock; 10,970 shares of Class M Common Stock; and 12,029 shares of Class L Common Stock. Griffin Capital, LLC is also the indirect parent company of Griffin Capital Advisor, LLC, the Issuer's advisor.
